What an absolutely TRAIL-rific morning in Year 4! Our young researchers stepped into the spotlight during Parents as Partners, showcasing their incredible trailblazer projects with such enthusiasm! From choosing their inspirational figures to diving deep into their innovations and challenges, our students truly blazed their way through their fascinating presentations. The cherry on top? Parents and children got to rate these remarkable pioneers for an upcoming game of Top Trumps. Our mini-biographers definitely left their own trail of excellence today.

🖊: Julian and Jemma took part in the recent All HK Inter-Primary Schools Fencing Competition during the term break, representing the school.
While they didn't reach the finals, they had a brilliant time and gained valuable insights from the experience. We are incredibly proud of the effort they displayed and are excited to share these highlights with you. Both Julian and Jemma truly enjoyed the spirit of the event and are already looking forward to the next competition!
Keep it up, Julian and Jemma!

🖊: BOC (Building Our Community) was in full swing today— and this time it was extra special! All year groups came together to build connection, kindness, and teamwork, but with a twist: students worked with their buddies across different year groups.
It was heartwarming to see friendships grow across the school as older and younger students shared ideas, helped each other, and made the most of their time together. Every moment reminded us that community isn’t just something we talk about - it’s something we do.

🖊: Ethan took part in a performance at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre for the first time, playing the cello with the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of Hong Kong (MYO). Despite having only studied the instrument for about a year and joining the MYO just over a month ago, he embraced the challenge with a mix of nerves and excitement. It was a significant milestone for a young beginner, and he felt incredibly grateful to participate in such a meaningful event.
Keep it up, Ethan!

🖊: 3W and 5F proved that two heads are better than one. Rather than working in isolation, the buddies teamed up, combining their different strengths, ideas, and problem-solving skills. Together, they planned every step, brainstormed creative solutions, and collaborated to design custom transport devices - built specifically for some very precious cargo 🥚. By working as a unit, they were able to make adjustments quickly, improve the designs as they went, and ensure the final devices were sturdy, reliable, and perfectly suited to their important mission.

Well done, Tia!

🏷: Basketball Club: HKPSSA Basketball Championship
.
📅: 26 March 2026
.
🖊: The girls' basketball team took part in the HKPSSA Basketball championship, alongside thirteen other schools. They made it all the way to the final, where they narrowly lost 4-3 to RCHK in a gripping final. The girls' season was outstanding, as they played 13 games and lost only this one. The match could have gone either way as the game went from end to end. In the group stage and knockout stage, the girls' team displayed excellent teamwork, always trying to help each other, scored some amazing shots, and dominated the rebounds. Yolanda was chosen by the coaches to be the Beacon Hill All-Star.
